The Leafs star won 2 major awards last night.
Following back-to-back Richard trophies as the leagues best goal scorer, Leafs forward Auston Matthews won the Hart trophy as NHL MVP and the Ted Lindsey Award, being voted the most outstanding player by his peers.
Both awards were a first for Matthews.
Other winners from last night include New York Rangers goalie Igor Shesterkin, winning the Vezina as the leagues best goaltender.
Cale Makar won the Norris as the leagues best defenseman and Moritz Seider won the Calder trophy as the leagues top rookie.
